Precautions:
People should not do this posture if:-

* you have headache
* you have high bloog pressure
* you have hyper tension
* you have heart problems

Step by Step:

1. Lie down on your back. Straighten your body.
2. Lift your upper body and place your elbows below your shoulders.
3. Open your chest. Relax your head. Slightly straighten your legs.
4. Normal breathing. Hold for about 2 minutes.

Good pose to practice during monthly cycle. It is a counter pose to forward bends.
