| Step by Step: |

| 1. | Lie down on your back. Straighten your body. |
| 2. | Lift your upper body and place your elbows below your shoulders. |
| 3. | Open your chest. Relax your head. Slightly straighten your legs. |
| 4. | Normal breathing. Hold for about 2 minutes. |
Good pose to practice during monthly cycle. It is a counter pose to forward bends. |
