| Step by Step: |
|
| 1. | Sit down, bend your left leg and place your left knee on top of your right knee. |
| 2. | Bend your right leg and place the right feet beside the left hip. Hold your feet and press into the sole with your thumbs. |
| 3. | Inhale, look up. |
| 4. | Exhale, contract your abdomen and place your chin on your left knee. |
| 5. | Normal breathing. Do not blink your eyes and look at one spot. |
| 6. | 6. Hold the position for 1 and 1/2 -2 minutes. Inhale, come up. Then do the other side. |
