| Step by Step: |
|
| 1. | Sit down and place your left feet on top of your right leg, in between the right thigh and knee. |
| 2. | Place your right feet below the left leg, in between the left thigh and knee. |
| 3. | Raise your arms, look up, inhale. |
| 4. | Exhale, place your palms, forehead on floor. |
| 5. | Do not raise your buttocks from floor. Normal breathing. Straighten your arms. |
| 6. | Hold the position for 1-2 minutes. Inhale, come up. Then do the other side. |
