Trikonasan/Triangular Pose
Gives a good massage to the internal organs
Benefits:

* Massages the internal organs
* Gives a good stretch to the neck

Step by Step:

1. Stand with your legs, a little wider than shoulder width. Legs facing forward.
2. Bring your arms up to shoulder level.
3. Exhale, contract your abdomen and lower to the left. Place your left hand on shin or ankle, wherever you feel comfortable. Right arm is facing vertically upward.
4. Inhale, come up.
5. Repeat 5 times. Then do the other side, too.
