| Step by Step: |

| 1. | Stand with your legs shoulder width apart. Bring your arms up to shoulder level, in front of you. Hands loose. |
| 2. | Exhale and bend your knees. Sit like you are sitting on a chair, thighs are parallel to the floor. |
| 3. | Normal breathing and hold the position for 50 counts. |
| 4. | Make sure your back is straight, perpendicular to the floor. Your shoulder and neck are loose too. |
| 5. | Inhale, come up. Repeat once again. |
