Benefits:

Step by Step:

1. Stand with your legs shoulder width apart. Bring your arms up to shoulder level, in front of you. Hands loose.
2. Exhale and bend your knees. Sit like you are sitting on a chair, thighs are parallel to the floor.
3. Normal breathing and hold the position for 50 counts.
4. Make sure your back is straight, perpendicular to the floor. Your shoulder and neck are loose too.
5. Inhale, come up. Repeat once again.
