| Step by Step: |

| 1. | Stand with your legs, a little wider than shoulder width. Legs facing forward. |
| 2. | Bring your arms up to shoulder level. |
| 3. | Exhale, contract your abdomen and lower to the left. Place your left hand on shin or ankle, wherever you feel comfortable. Right arm is facing vertically upward. |
| 4. | Inhale, come up. |
| 5. | Repeat 5 times. Then do the other side, too. |
