Beauty Yoga Warm Up 4/Jumping Twist
This posture helps to tone your hip

Step by Step:

1. Stand straight. Your entire body straight from heel to the top of the head.
2. Bring your arms up to shoulder level and bend your elbows.
3. Jump and twist your lower body below your waist, 90 degress to right and left. Relax your upper body. Do not make ANY SOUND.
4. Repeat 50 times.
