| Beauty Yoga Warm Up 4/Jumping Twist |

| Step by Step: |
|
| 1. | Stand straight. Your entire body straight from heel to the top of the head. |
| 2. | Bring your arms up to shoulder level and bend your elbows. |
| 3. | Jump and twist your lower body below your waist, 90 degress to right and left. Relax your upper body. Do not make ANY SOUND. |
| 4. | Repeat 50 times. |
