| Beauty Yoga Warm Up 3/Twist |

| Step by Step: |
|
| 1. | Stand straight. Your entire body straight from heel to the top of the head. |
| 2. | Bring your arms up to shoulder level and bend your elbows. |
| 3. | Raise your left leg, twist your body and hit the right elbow with your left knee. Relax your upper body. |
| 4. | Do the opposite side, left elbow with right knee. Repeat alternately, for 50 times. |
