Beauty Yoga Warm Up 3/Twist
This posture helps to tone your waist

Step by Step:

1. Stand straight. Your entire body straight from heel to the top of the head.
2. Bring your arms up to shoulder level and bend your elbows.
3. Raise your left leg, twist your body and hit the right elbow with your left knee. Relax your upper body.
4. Do the opposite side, left elbow with right knee. Repeat alternately, for 50 times.
