| Beauty Yoga Warm Up 2/Heel to Hip Jump |

| Step by Step: |
|
| 1. | Stand straight. Your entire body straight from heel to the top of the head. |
| 2. | Jump and bend both knees, touch your buttocks with your heel. Jump up as high as you can. |
| 3. | Relax your upper body. Do not make ANY SOUND. |
| 4. | Repeat 50 times. |
