This posture teaches you to keep your body loose and light

Step by Step:

1. Stand straight. Your entire body straight from heel to the top of the head.
2. Jump up vertically, as high as you can.
3. Do not bend your knees. Relax your upper body. Do not make ANY SOUND.
4. Repeat 50 times.
