Step by Step:

1. Lie down on your stomache.
2. Bring your feet together, heels touching slightly.
3. Place your elbows, where your chin was touching the floor. Rest your chin in your palms. Elbows and wrist touching eash arm.
4. Slightly straighten your legs.
5. Normal breathing. Relax your eyes.
6. Hold this position for at least 2 minutes.
7. For maximum benefit hold for about 10 minutes.
