| Step by Step: |

| 1. | Lie down on your stomache. |
| 2. | Bring your feet together, heels touching slightly. |
| 3. | Place your elbows, where your chin was touching the floor. Rest your chin in your palms. Elbows and wrist touching eash arm. |
| 4. | Slightly straighten your legs. |
| 5. | Normal breathing. Relax your eyes. |
| 6. | Hold this position for at least 2 minutes. |
| 7. | For maximum benefit hold for about 10 minutes. |
