| Step by Step: |
|
| 1. | Sit down in Vajrasan position. |
| 2. | Place your hand on thighs palms facing upward. |
| 3. | Stretch your neck to right, left, back and forward. |
| 4. | From forward position, slowly rotate your neck to left. Left ear touching the left shoulder, then backward, then right position right ear touching the right shoulder, then forward. |
| 5. | Repeat 5 times. Then, repeat 5 times in opposite direction(clockwise direction). |
| 6. | Do not tighten your neck, cervical spine, or raise your shoulder. |
