Neck Rotation
Stretches your neck
Benefits:

* Helps to stretch your neck
* Helps to loosen your muscles around
your shoulder, chest and back

Step by Step:

1. Sit down in Vajrasan position.
2. Place your hand on thighs palms facing upward.
3. Stretch your neck to right, left, back and forward.
4. From forward position, slowly rotate your neck to left. Left ear touching the left shoulder, then backward, then right position right ear touching the right shoulder, then forward.
5. Repeat 5 times. Then, repeat 5 times in opposite direction(clockwise direction).
6. Do not tighten your neck, cervical spine, or raise your shoulder.
