| Step by Step: |

| 1. | Stand straight, from heel to the top of the head. |
| 2. | Raise the right arm, beside your ears, hand in a slight fist. Right fist facing forward. Let the left arm hang beside your body. Left fist facing backward. |
| 3. | Move your arms backward. Your arms should be straight. |
| 4. | Do not let the arm move in front of your body. |
| 5. | Repeat 40 times. Then, do the other position with right arm up. Do not tense your neck. |
