Upper Arm Stretching
Gives a good stretch to the shoulders
Benefits:

* Warms up muscles around the shoulder
* Gives a good stretch to the shoulders

Step by Step:

1. Stand straight, from heel to the top of the head.
2. Raise the right arm, beside your ears, hand in a slight fist. Right fist facing forward. Let the left arm hang beside your body. Left fist facing backward.
3. Move your arms backward. Your arms should be straight.
4. Do not let the arm move in front of your body.
5. Repeat 40 times. Then, do the other position with right arm up. Do not tense your neck.
