Janu Britasan/Knee Rotation
Good for people with bow legs
Benefits:

* Mobilize the knee cartridge
* Prevents knee problems
* Mobilizes the ankles

Precautions:

* People with knee problems can do this posture, but very slowly

Step by Step:

1. Stand straight, bend forward and place both hands on knees. Keep your legs straight.
2. Bend your knees, squat down and rotate your knees in anti-clockwise direction.
3. Come back to 1st position(legs straight with hands on knees). Do not raise your heels, during rotation.
4. Repeat 5 times. Then do anti-clockwise rotation.
