| Step by Step: |
|
| 1. | Stand straight, bend forward and place both hands on knees. Keep your legs straight. |
| 2. | Bend your knees, squat down and rotate your knees in anti-clockwise direction. |
| 3. | Come back to 1st position(legs straight with hands on knees). Do not raise your heels, during rotation. |
| 4. | Repeat 5 times. Then do anti-clockwise rotation. |
