Sasankasan/Rabbit Pose

Do not practise if you have
*Extreme headache, migraine.
*Abdominal ulcer/tumor
*Spinal tuberculosis
Step by Step:
1. Sit in Vajrasan
2. Bring your hands straight up where upper body remains one line
3. Expand your chese. Have a few deep breaths and warm up your body.
4. With exhalation fo forward bend and relax your forehead, arms on the floor. Keep your hip on your heel at all times. If you can't you may use a blanket.
5. Normal breathing for a duration of 10 - 20 minutes.
