| Step by Step: | |
| 1. | Sit in Vajrasan |
| 2. | Bring your hands straight up where upper body remains one line |
| 3. | Expand your chese. Have a few deep breaths and warm up your body. |
| 4. | With exhalation fo forward bend and relax your forehead, arms on the floor. Keep your hip on your heel at all times. If you can't you may use a blanket. |
| 5. | Normal breathing for a duration of 10 - 20 minutes. |
